Prof. Simarpreet Kaur is an Assistant Professor of Law at Chandigarh University, holding degrees in B.A. LL.B. and LL.M. (Research), and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. as a part-time research scholar. Her academic and research work focuses on the intersection of law and technology, with particular specialization in Artificial Intelligence Forensics and Digital Law.
